Spiritual Deliverance: Freedom in The Lord's Name

Life isn't easy, and that's because humanity is held captive by numerous things. Oppression and depression can weigh down on people, even on the most devout Christians. It's only through the grace of the Lord that believers can find relief from their labors. A deliverance ministry can spread the Good News and ease people's suffering.

To understand the deliverance the Lord brings, one must first realize that the alleviation offered by the Divine isn't the physical kind. Rather, the Word is intended to spiritually and metaphysically free the soul and the mind. As Jesus once said in the Scriptures, those who come to Him “shall thirst no longer,” but this does not refer to the need to drink water; it refers to the spirit's need for sustenance.

Deliverance isn't just about finding peace and comfort; it's also about saving people from sin. A common phrase heard among Christians of various denominations is the plea, “Deliver us from evil.” Indeed, it's through the power of the Word that people can find redemption from sin, and even the most hardened sinners can be pardoned by the grace of Jesus and His Heavenly Father. A deliverance ministry also seeks to expel demonic influence wherever it is found. Those troubled by negative presences need not languish any further, for they can find solace in the Lord.
